Company presentation

Since 1971, BPI has been a leading pioneer of advanced and technology-based solutions in foam to private and public sector entities including transport, building and construction, as well as design and technology.

The company is located in three countries and numbers more than 400 specialists to serve our customers in over 20 countries. We apply the very latest technology and manufacturing processes. Moreover, our extensive production capacity enables us to run more than 1,500 m3 of foam daily through our 45,000 m2 production facilities in Denmark and Poland.

BPI is self-sufficient with custom-made products that – in their design and properties – are tailored to the customers’ individual wishes and the needs. We provide competent consultation and sparring throughout the entire process from concept to the finished and delivered product. Together, we develop optimum total solutions.

Our HVAC and DWG departments develop, process and produce technical solutions in foam for heating, ventilation and air conditioning manufacturers, as well as doors, windows and gates.

Together with our customers, we create one of the best possible solutions for sound damping and proofing as well as vibration damping for e.g. buildings, HVAC systems and production facilities.

Many years of development and expertise in foam for insulation causes BPI to offer a range of foam, cellular rubber and sponge rubber for heat - as well as cold insulation with some of the best insulation values in the market. We cut items to fixed dimensions ask specified by the customer and subsequently pack and deliver the items in sets and installation kits. The processed items are generally dust-free because of our unique processing methods.

In the energy sector, i.e. also placed high demands on the insulation and thermal insulation of buildings. With years of development and experience in insulation materials, BPI offers insulation materials that are among the best on the market in terms of insulation properties. InotanPUR® is a unique PUR hard foam, which with its unique insulating capacity and low weight and others for insulation in buildings, windows and doors, HVAC installations, ships and refrigerated vehicles. The material is supplied in different thicknesses as desired, making it ideal for use in areas where optimum insulation is desired, but where space is limited.

We are looking forward to a visit from you in our exhibitor stand and a talk about foam and its many possibilities.

Less Information

InotanPUR® and -PIR® are one of our innovative insulation foam consisting of hard PUR foam with a closed cell structure. Due to the cell structure, this type of insulation is water-resistant, while the low weight and very high stability makes it the ideal insulation material in very small constructions.

Benefits of InotanPUR® and -PIR®

  • One of the most effective insulation values on the market = 0,023 W/mK
  • Sustainable and easy-to-install insulation
  • Less insulation material needed
  • Low weight
  • High stability & strength
  • Easy to laminate, shape and coat with foils, adhesives or fiber glass
  • Closed cell structure – water resistant
  • InotanPIR® is more flame retardant than PUR®

Typical applications

InotanPUR® and -PIR® can be applied in various areas such as:

  • Building and construction – new constructions and renovation
  • Insulation of doors, windows and gates
  • Wall constructions – sandwich constructions
  • Ships and refrigerated vehicles
